enterprise4u is a portal to other websites that have been created as part of Toucan Group's social enterprise projects, which offer opportunities to disadvantaged people living in Greater Manchester. The websites that are currently available were created through the teleCem project, a transnational project aimed at creating a network of tele-centres that offer various activities around ICT and social enterprise.

Toucan Group is a not-for-profit organisation based in Manchester.
